We strive to constantly educate ourselves on all applicable tax laws to provide the most accurate returns while taking advantage of all provisions of the internal revenue code to limit your tax liability as much as possible. We also provide tax planning throughout the year to assist you in lowering your taxes and avoiding any surprises.
Audit and Accounting
We offer audit, review, compilation, and other accounting services in the industries of Not-for-profit, special districts, for-profit businesses, and 401(k) plans. By operating as a small family-owned firm we are able to provide personalized service while providing an excellent experience and work product.
Business Taxes
We prepare all types of business tax returns including for partnerships, corporations, S-Corporations, sole proprietorships, and not-for-profit companies. We also provide business tax planning and consulting services.
Peer Review
CPA firms that provide audits, reviews, compilations, or other assurance services are required to undergo a peer review every three years. We have been performing peer reviews for over twenty years and perform reviews across the US each year.
